Senior Associate
The Senior Associate at The Merlin Group will play a pivotal role in client management by acting as the quarterback for client interactions.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
The Senior Associate at The Merlin Group will play a pivotal role in client management by acting as the quarterback for client interactions. This includes overseeing developmental opportunities and ensuring the fulfillment of client job scope requirements. Regular travel maybe a component of this role. Expect In-person client visits should occur at least twice a year to maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Identify and pursue developmental opportunities to enhance client services and expand business relationships.
- Coordinate and attend all Merlin-sponsored events, such as the Consumer Electronics Show, Work Truck Week, and Home Delivery World.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other Merlin clients and senior associates to provide a seamless, professional one-source solution experience for Merlin clients.
- Report to Merlin Managing Partner, providing monthly updates on developmental opportunities and meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in client management and business development.
- Willingness to travel monthly, with a minimum of two in-person client visits per year.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
